Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund encourages and invests in clean energy sources to help the
Connecticut ratepayers.
Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) The DEP regulates, monitors, inspects and enforces, the laws and procedures that govern pollution in order to protect health, safety, welfare and natural resources. DEP also directs the state's environmental plans, functions and educational programs.
Connecticut Siting Council (CSC) The CSC regulates the siting associated with
Connecticut’s power facilities, transmission lines, hazardous waste facilities and telecommunication sites.
OPM undertakes the planning and analysis for the state in the areas of budgeting, management, planning, energy policy determination and evaluation, intergovernmental policy, criminal and juvenile justice planning and program evaluation.
